Las Vegas College collects the following information directly from you and, for permitted website tracking, from your browser and device:

• Contact and request information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal codes, program interests, inquiry details and correspondence. We use these to respond, provide admissions or career services, communicate with you and maintain our relationship. Where Advertising is permitted, limited contact identifiers and inquiry or outcome information may also be shared with advertising providers for the uses described below.
• Application information: mailing address, date of birth, the last four digits of a Social Security number, education and employment details, financial-aid interest, and application agreements, including background-check and drug-test consent. We use these to process applications and provide admissions or student services. Sensitive application answers and government-identifier details are not shared for advertising matching or targeting. These forms do not request medical treatment information or test results.
• Website and device activity: IP address, browser/device details, page interactions, cookie and similar identifiers, referral sources and campaign information. Hosting and security providers process necessary request data; optional Analytics helps us understand website use, and permitted Advertising supports measurement and targeted advertising. Advertising identifiers and activity may be shared with the relevant providers, subject to your choices.
• Privacy and communications records: privacy preferences, authorization and withdrawal records, and optional calls/texts consent evidence. We use these to honor choices, secure and operate services and meet recordkeeping duties. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, rented or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing and are not advertising permission.

Recipients include our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare and Supabase), CRM and admissions-service providers (including HubSpot), communications and chat providers (including Heymarket where used for messages and ChatDrive for website chat), and the advertising providers described here. Career-services email requests are handled through your email client. We retain contact, application and communications records for as long as needed to respond, administer admissions or student services, maintain consent evidence, meet applicable recordkeeping duties and resolve disputes; the period depends on the record and relationship. Website activity and security records are retained according to their operational purpose and applicable provider settings. Privacy preferences last up to 180 days. We do not use sensitive application information to infer characteristics for advertising.

Our browser tracking tools include Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, The Trade Desk, Twitter/X, Genius Monkey and Impressionable/AdRoll. Where permitted, these advertising services can receive browser/device details, website activity, campaign and matching identifiers for measurement or targeted advertising. Where enabled and permitted, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions or offline conversion measurement can match SHA-256-hashed email or phone identifiers and authorized campaign identifiers to an inquiry, qualified-lead or enrollment event. Hashes remain personal information; hashing does not make them anonymous. Measurement differs from using contact lists for audience targeting. Google Customer Match audience uploads and linked audience-removal synchronization are not currently enabled for this website. TikTok browser tags are separate from the unconfigured TikTok server Events API. OpenAI advertising and additional unconfigured server-conversion paths remain disabled unless separately configured and authorized; this notice does not activate them. Full application answers, Social Security details, financial-aid details and SMS-consent records are not advertising event payloads.

We do not sell contact lists for money. Disclosing identifiers or activity for cross-context targeted advertising may count as a sale or sharing under applicable state law. Advertising providers may collect activity across sites when Advertising is permitted. For a verified U.S. regional policy, optional tracking may start without an automatic popup; strict or unknown locations remain opt-in. Saved refusals and Global Privacy Control are honored. Visiting, scrolling or submitting a form does not create tracking consent or authorize historical data use.

Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising or change Analytics. For access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, a limitation request, or an appeal where applicable, email privacy@mikhailed.com (the privacy/revocation address already used by LVC), call 702-776-9045, or write to the postal address under Your Choice below. These methods also cover records that cannot be linked to this browser. We may verify identity for record requests; the browser advertising opt-out requires no account. An authorized agent may act where permitted. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and exceptions. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated date.
