Title IX Information

Las Vegas College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education programs or activities that it operates, and it is required by Title IX of the Education Act and the Regulations of the Department of Education (34 C.F.R. § 106, et. seq.) not to discriminate in such a manner.  The requirement not to discriminate in any education program or activity extends to admission to the School and employment opportunities with the School.

Pursuant to this policy and the procedures stated in the policy linked below, the School must respond to alleged incidents of sexual harassment, as defined in the policy linked below, that occurred in the School’s education program or activity, against a person in the United States.
