Title IX Information

Las Vegas College (The School) does not discriminate on the basis of sex  and prohibits sex discrimination in the education programs or activities that it operates, as required by Title IX of the Education Act and the Regulations of the Department of Education (20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and its regulations (34 C.F.R. § 106, et. seq.).  The requirement not to discriminate in any education program or activity extends to admission to the School and employment opportunities with the School.

Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the School’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both.
